FHP: Woman killed after being struck by two vehicles on State Road 19

A 38-year-old woman from Palatka was killed Saturday night after being hit by two vehicles on State Road 19 in Putnam County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.The crash happened at about 8:15 p.m. near East Escambia Street. The pedestrian was in the roadway when she was hit, FHP said.Neither driver was injured. State Road 19 was closed during the investigation and has since reopened. The crash remains under investigation, and FHP said no additional information was available.
