Drivers in the area said they are trying to avoid flooded areas.“Yeah, we’re good, we’re going back up because I don’t want to get stuck either,” the driver said.Bob Killgore had advice for drivers.“For people who are in small cars, I’d use caution and probably try to drive around, find another alternative route,” Killgore said.Market Street is now closed off between Phelps and Orange Streets.
