Clearwater City Council approves 'interim agreement' with developer for $180M sports complex

Clearwater City Council voted 4-0 Wednesday to approve the interim agreement with a developer, Sunshine Recreational and Entertainment Development, to renovate The Landings Golf Course, a city-owned property, into a $180,000,000 sports complex.
